Refund Policy

Gradcher is operated by CAGAN YAZILIM TEKNOLOJILERI SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI. Payments for the Gradcher Pro subscription are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com (international) and iyzico (Turkey where applicable), who handle billing, tax collection, and invoicing on our behalf.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Gradcher Pro subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard or via the payment provider's portal. Upon cancellation:
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Your account will revert to the Free plan when the billing period ends.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase. After 14 days, refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for:
- Extended service outages caused by our infrastructure.
- Billing errors or duplicate charges.
- Inability to use the service due to a documented bug on our end.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at [email protected]. Please include your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle or iyzico and returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or provider, the refund may take 5–10 business days to appear.
5. Free Plan
The Gradcher Free plan is provided at no cost. No refunds apply to the Free plan.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
