• Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, name, and optional profile data (school, subject, phone) via our authentication provider (Supabase) to manage your account, classes, and assignments.
• Usage data: We store data necessary to provide the service: classes, assignments, student submissions, grading results, and analytics. This data is associated with your account and used to power the platform and improve our services.
• Payment information: Payment processing for Pro subscriptions is handled by Paddle (international) and iyzico (Turkey). We do not store full payment card details; we receive only subscription status and billing identifiers necessary to manage your plan.

2. Data We Do Not Sell

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We use your data only to operate Gradcher, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Integrations

Gradcher uses Supabase (authentication and database), Resend (transactional email), and Paddle/iyzico (payments). Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policies. AI grading may involve processing content you submit; we use it solely to deliver grading and do not train general-purpose models on your content.

4. Data Retention and Security

We retain your account and content data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. We use industry-standard encryption (e.g. TLS) and secure practices to protect your data.
